There are many things common when it comes down to releasing a game from a series; they follow the same pattern every time and timeline leading and after the release. Konami has been doing the same for its Pro Evolution Soccer Series. That is why we believe that we can predict the release date of Konami’s next PES 2018.
We can actually predict the Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 Release Date down to the week of its release.
Firstly, let’s take a look at the release trends for PES series. The PES 2014 was released on September 19, 2013 with its demo version releasing a week ago. PES 2015 was released in November 11, 2014 and its demo was released a month ago on September 17. This seems pretty random right?
However, the developers have learned to follow a pattern and we believe it is to edge out competition. The Winning Eleven 2016 was released on September 15, 2015 and its demo came out a month ago in August 2015. The same happened for PES 2017, the game was released in September 13 while the playable demo for PES 2017 was released on August 2016.
Pro Evolution Soccer Release Date Trend over last five years.
|Pro Evolution Soccer||Demo Release date||Full Release Date|
|PES 2014||September 11, 2013||September 19, 2013
|PES 2015||September 17, 2014||November 11, 2014
|PES 2016||August 13, 2015||September 15, 2015
|PES 2017||August 24, 2016||September 13, 2016
|PES 2018 Release Date||August 20, 2017||September 16, 2016
Analyzing the pattern above.
Konami released the demo version a month ago in August before releasing the full version of the game in September. As we have seen in last two years, the playable version of P.E.S was released on third or fourth week of August. Whereas, the full version of PES was released on third week of September.
Therefore, we predict that PES 2018 will be released on September 16, 2017 and the demo will be available for download a month early on August 20, 2017.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 will be released across all the consoles at the same time unlike the FIFA Series. However, the release might be affected by time difference.
